To use the mixture:-
- Take 3-5 ml of the saline/peroxide mixture and put that into the nebuliser

- You can do this every hour when you are sick until you start to notice improvement
- Then drop down to every 4-6 hours and continue until you are over the illness
To buy hydrogen peroxide
You can buy food grade hydrogen peroxide here
Unfortunately the hydrogen peroxide delivery cost is rather high – which is why I never order less that 5 litres (I use it for all kinds of things including throat gargles, sterilising potting compost – and spraying powdery mildew on plants!!!!!)
If you can find someone else you needs to order – you can share the delivery cost
