  • 8 teaspoons of of Saline solution (click on link for how to make saline solution)

Or

12% hydrogen peroxide:-

  • add ¼ teaspoon of 12% hydrogen peroxide to
  • 8 teaspoons of of Saline solution (click on link for how to make saline solution)

To use the mixture:-

  • Take 3-5 ml of the saline/peroxide mixture and put that into the nebuliser
  • Inhale the entire amount
  • You can do this every hour when you are sick until you start to notice improvement
  • Then drop down to every 4-6 hours and continue until you are over the illness

To buy hydrogen peroxide

You can buy food grade hydrogen peroxide here

Unfortunately the hydrogen peroxide delivery cost is rather high – which is why I never order less that 5 litres (I use it for all kinds of things including throat gargles, sterilising potting compost – and spraying powdery mildew on plants!!!!!)

If you can find someone else you needs to order – you can share the delivery cost
